Participation

Our annual Constantia Gift Fair, which has become a much-awaited event, is to be held at SARDA (South African Riding for Disabled Association) in Brommersvlei Rd Constantia. It will take place over 5 days, 19 – 23 October 2011. SARDA will be our charity.

Please download the forms and fill in the attached stock sheet, complete in FULL and email to us along with your photos to carryn@thechristmasgiftfair.co.za.

We have 3 types of exhibitor:

1. Consignment exhibitor (*updated stock sheet)
   
2. Outdoor exhibitor
   
3. Jewellery exhibitor

If you would like to participate as an exhibitor, please download the relevant exhibitor application form by clicking on the link to the relevant exhibitor type (above).

Process:

• Fill in the relevant application form
  
  
• Once completed in full please email to carryn@thechristmasgiftfair.co.za
  
  
• We will then send you a letter to let you know whether your application has been successful.
  If successful, this letter will contain all final information required.
  
  
• Make sure you have paid the entrance fee & sent us your Letter of Indemnity
  
  
• Make sure you know when your stock is due at the venue
  
  
• PLEASE TAKE NOTE of when stock needs to be collected
